The compact design offers flexible installation options.
Any components subjected to greater wear and tear are made of stainless steel as standard.
The adsorption beds consist of profiles with a large cross-sectional opening and a screwed cap. This allows easy inspection of the chambers and cuts down on maintenance time.
The optimized air line ensures an even flow through the desiccant bed and thus facilitates the drying process.
The use of highly efficient desiccant guarantees that the moisture content of the air remains safely below the specified pressure dew point.
The unit incorporates an extremely effective calming zone - a unique BEKO design - with a separator and intermediate storage function. Here, any free condensate which may, for example, get into the chamber as a result of aftercondensation is held back and subsequently discharged together with the regeneration air.

DRYPOINT® AC HP is equipped with individual valve elements instead of a combined block suspended in the piping. The separate mounting arrangement relieves the strain on the piping and protects the dryer against vibration. This increases the operational reliability while reducing expenditure on replacement parts.
The base plate of the device permits uncomplicated transport and provides additional stability. A sturdy frame guards against outside impact.
Contaminants, such as solid or oil particles, are reliably removed by highly efficient filters.
Two separate pressure reducers for control air and regeneration air ensure reliable operation at all times.
A safety valve is provided to protect the low-pressure area.
Control air and regeneration air are withdrawn downstream of the afterfilter in order to optimize the quality of the input to the device.
The intelligent control system stores the latest status of the drying program. When the dryer is restarted, the program carries on at the point where it was interrupted, so that overloading of the desiccant is prevented. This method increases the operational reliability of the device and enables energy-saving coupling to the operation of the compressor.
